  • Personal Email - For verifying your in-game account
  • Bug Reports - Information submitted through our bug tracking system (Mantis)
  • Communications - When you contact us directly, we may retain those communications

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Game, we may automatically collect:

  • Game Usage Data - Progress, level completion times, level attempts, losses and wins and other gameplay statistics/activity
  • Device Information - Operating system, hardware specifications (for crash reporting only, at the user's discretion)
  • Log Data - Error logs and crash reports if you opt-in to send them

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Assist users experiencing any technical problems or glitches
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Game
  • Fix bugs and address technical issues
  • Understand how players interact with the Game
  • Communicate with you about updates, features, and community events
  • Protect the rights and property of the Developer and players

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties, period. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Legal Requirements - When required by law or to protect rights and safety

If you believe that your information may have been exposed, please reach out to us directly so we can investigate and offer support, including but not limited to, account updates, full deletion, and providing copies of all information we have pertaining to your user account.

4. Third-Party Services

The Game and/or this website may integrate with or link to third-party services:

  • Google Adsense - For showing ads in-game. Your ads experience in-game is entirely opt-in. We do not force users to view ads but we appreciate those who leave banner and interstitial ads enabled, as it helps us continue to develop and provide updates to the Game. Google's privacy policy applies.
  • Google Drive - For Early Access downloads. Google's privacy policy applies.
  • Mantis Bug Tracker - For bug reports both in-game and on this website. Use is entirely voluntary. Mantis privacy policy applies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies in full or opt-out of these experiences.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You may request a copy of your data by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to nor intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it immediately upon notification.

If you believe a child under your supervision has used the Game, please send a request to have their information removed to aptikube@gmail.com. We take these requests very seriously and will inform you of any action taken at the earliest possible time. We are a one-man team so please allow time for your request to be handled. 7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We use the latest standard encryption technologies on all transmissions between the Game and the Cloud server. These transmissions are all SSL encrypted and encoded/decoded by both the Game and Cloud server. We never transmit or store any passwords in plaintext. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
